Michelle was 2 years old when she first became ill. It was soon discovered that she had a brain tumor. Michelle eventually endured two resections and various radiation treatments. These procedures extended her life for yet another 3 years, but the cancer returned. Out of options, Michelle went home where she died in her sleep at the age of 5 years, 3 months and 22 days. In here short life she made a difference to many people especially her older brother Jeremy who later passed on January 5, 2022. She always lit up any room she entered. She is missed terribly, but we rest assured she is in a better place. The day she was called home, her Mother sat down and wrote a poem that was cast in bronze and marks her gravesite.
