Mrs. Mary Morris Jackson, wife of Herbert Jackson, passed away at her home in the Brush Creek community, near Cripple Creek, early Friday morning, January 31. She was a daughter of the late Rev. J. W. Morris and wife, of Brush Creek.
Surviving are the husband and a number of children in addition to brothers and sister.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon, at two o'clock, in Cold Springs Methodist Church, Brush Creek, by the pastor, Rev. E. D. Smith, of the Cripple Creek Circuit, and burial was in Cold Springs Cemetery.
