ADA - Funeral services for Burlin H. Hesser, 56, of 418 N. Gilbert, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hanson Funeral Home. Mr. Hesser died at 1 a.m. Sunday in his home after a one-week illness.
Born March 11, 1906, in Hardin County, he was the son of Charles and Lillie (Grubbs) Hesser. He was married to M. Ruth Calvert in 1928. She survives.
Also surviving are a son, Charles, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Wirt and Mrs. Ruth Zimmer, both of Ada; and a brother, Wilbur, also of Ada.
A carpenter, Mr. Hesser was a veteran of World War II.
Rev. Robert Mattern will officiate, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
