LOUISVILLE MORNING COURIER AND AMERICAN DEMOCRAT NEWSPAPER ~ 1844-1846.
Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.

OBITUARY Monday 13 October 1845

Departed this life on the evening of the 27th of September last, at the residence of her brother, Arthur H. Wallace, in the county of Crittenden, after a short illness, Miss Francis A. Wallace.
The death of this amiable and interesting young lady has produced the deepest affliction in a large circle of surviving relatives, by whom she was greatly beloved, and who feel intensely their melancholy bereavement. The affliction caused by this sad event, has not been limited to the family circle. By the amiable disposition, benevolence of feeling, and goodness of heart, which so eminently distinguished the deceased, she had secured the warm affection of a large number of devoted friends, who mingle their sorrows with those of the afflicted family of which she was so lately the pride and ornament.
