Mrs. Osie Kell Dickey, 50, of Marietta, a former resident of Newell, died Sunday afternoon in City Hospital following a year's illness.
Mrs. Dickey, who had operated a restaurant in Marietta for the last nine years, was stricken when she came to Newell about five weeks ago to attend the funeral of her sister, Mrs. Margaret Ann Brown. She was born in Pricedale, PA., and came to Newell when a child. She was the widow of Roy Dickey, who died in 1946. She attended the Newell Church of Christ before going to Marietta.
