MRS. VERONA STUCKY CLAIMED BY DEATH
Mrs. Verona L. Stucky, 49, of Willshire, Ohio, died at 1:30 a.m. today at the home of her mother, Mrs. Margaret Prough Snyder of 410 West Central Ave., with whom she had resided after having become ill six months ago. Death was attributed to carcinoma.
Mrs. Stucky, along with her husband, operated a furniture store at Willshire, where they had moved in 1933.
She was a member of the Willshire Methodist Church.
Born at Petroleum June 23, 1907, she was a daughter of the late Amos. W. Snyder and Margaret Prough Snyder. Her marriage to Martin (Mike) Stucky, who survives, took place June 14, 1928.
Survivors include, in addition to the husband and mother, a daughter, Rosanne, and a son, Lynn Martin, both at home; two brothers, Kenneth Snyder of Churubusco, Medrith of Tampa, Fla., and two sisters Mrs. Claude Monce of Van Wert, Ohio, and Mrs. George Griffin of Lutz, Fla.
The body is at the Zwick Funeral Home in Decatur where friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
Services will be conducted at 12;30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and at 1 p.m. at the Willshire Methodist Chruch with burial there.
