Virgie was the daughter of Charles Russell Dinges and Virginia Catherine (Cave) Dinges.

Died. Russell Dinges of Powell’s Fort near Carmel Saturday morning aged 57. He was a son of Moses and Elizabeth. Three children survive, Delmar of Hancock, Md., Mrs. Virgie McKee of Winchester, Carson Dinges at home; sister Mrs. John Habron and Mrs. Lucy Lichliter of Powell’s Fort; brothers Samuel and Milton of Powell’s Fort and William of Saumsville."
