Ronald L. Boore Sr., 70, Altoona, died Thurs., Jan. 13, 2011 at Altoona Hospital. He was born in Altoona to Andrew S. & Helen P. (Snavely) Boore. Survived by 3 children: Sherri Wise & husband, William, of Montgomery, PA; Ronald L. Boore, Jr. & wife, Janet, of Montgomery and Brian Boore & wife, Dawn, of Muncy; 14 grandchildren; 6 gr. grandchildren; 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Predeceased by a brother and a sister. Ronald retired from Stroehmann Bakeries Inc. as a mechanic after 23 years of service. After retirement, he worked for Blair Senior Services and delivered Meals on Wheels. He also enjoyed baseball and was one of the founders of the Eldorado Little League. Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata. Interment, Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood.
