Fry on Aug. 22, 1889 by Rev. B. G. Welder. 1 son born. Services at house of son (in Reamstown) at 1:30 p.m., & in Bergstrasse Church at 2:05 p.m. Aged 72-4-5. Surv. by 1 son, 3 granddaughters, 2 brothers.

"Mrs. James B. Fry of Red Run"
"Mrs. Susan Fry (nee Beck) wife of James B. Fry, aged 72 years, 4 months and 5 days, of near Red Run, died last Thursday at 2 a.m. of complications at the home of a son, Charles Fry, of Reamstown. Mrs. Fry was a member of the Bergstrasse Lutheran church. Survivors are her husband, her son Charles; three grandchildren, and two brothers, William Beck, of Stone Hill and Israel of Red Run. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon with services at the home of her son and in Bergstrasse church. Internment was made in the cemetery adjoining . Rev. A.W. Leibensperger officiated and Funeral Director H.M Mellinger had charge."
