Calvin L. Fines, 57, of Stafford county, a cutter for the Virginia Shoe Company, died yesterday at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital in Richmond.
A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Wheeler and Thompson Funeral Home. The Rev. C. R. Walton will officiate. Burial will be in the cemetery of New Hope Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nora L. Fines, a sister, Mrs. Naomi Newton, and one brother, Wendell S. Fines, all of Stafford; four stepsons, Gladwyn Sullivan of Fredericksburg, Elwood, Robert and Roland Sullivan, all of Stafford, two stepdaughters, Miss Lenora Sullivan, of Stafford and Mrs. Livian Rowley, of Chancellor.
