Frank Price, 82, Is Summoned
Frank Price, 82, a well known resident of Blue Rock township, died at his residence near Gaysport at 8:30 o'clock last night, without ever regaining consciousness after suffering a stroke last Saturday. Until the time of the stroke Mr. Price had been in good health.
He was the son of Hiram and Mary Hopper Price, pioneer residents of Harrison township, and was a member of the Union Hill Methodist church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Price of the home; two sons. L.H. Price of McConnelville, and Delmer Price of near McConnelsville; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Coleman of 1112 Ridge Avenue, Zanesville, and Mrs. Fred Shilling of Rural Dale; a brother, Albert Price of South Sixth street; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
One son, Lawrence Price preceded him in death.
The body has been taken to the Henderson-Sharp funeral home at Duncan Falls and will be returned to the residence on Tuesday evening. Private services will be conducted at the residence Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, with Rev. G. Stafford officiating. Burial will be in Union Hill cemetery.
Friends may call at the residence until 10:00 a.m. Thursday.
