He married the love of his wife Feb. 15th 1964 Patricia Rose "Patty" Kirkpatrick. He worked many years as a meat cutter @ IGA and Red and White in Linton,in. He was a very spirtual man that was not bashful of his beliefs ! He was always true and honest to others . A great example. He had 4 children : 1 son Ricky Patrick Hester SR. Elkhart,in and 3 lovely daughters: Tammy Sue Wilson (Mike) Switz city , Vicky May Snyder (todd) Worthington Tracy Ann Keith (scott) Bloomfield ,He had 11 grand children.
