Mrs. Ura Jane Barlow Parker, 98, Retired Postmaster at the Tula Post Office where she worked for 37 years, died Saturday, January 15, 2011 at her Daughter's home in Belden, MS.

Funeral Services will be Monday, January 17, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Farr, Rev. James Richardson and Rev. Matthew Pharis officiating.
Burial will follow in Tula Cemetery.
Visitation will be prior to the Service from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home.

Born in Lafayette County, Mrs. Parker was the Widow of Mr. J.B. Parker.
She was a Lifetime Member of Tula Methodist Church where she served as the Church Secretary for over 40 years.
She was a Member of United Methodist Women and enjoyed spending time with her Children and Grandchildren.

Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her Parents, Joseph and Mattie Barlow; 8 Sisters and Brothers; two Sons, John Bartley Parker, Jr. and John Robert Parker, Sr.; one Great Grandson, Adam Betts and one Great Granddaughter, Lyza Jane Case.

Survivors include a Daughter, Jane Parker O'Callaghan of Belden, MS; a Daughter In Law, Janis Parker of Oxford, MS; a Sister, Leona Brown of Oxford; six Grandchildren; eight Great Grandchildren and six Great Great Grandchildren.
