Funeral services for Ed Best, retired Missouri Pacific switchman who died last week at his home in Berkley Calif., were held this afternoon from the Stanton & Stanton chapel. Mrs. A. W. Shelley was the reader. Burial was in the Monrovia cemetery. The pallbearers were A. L. Caldwell, Leo Askren, M. K. Elliott, Hugh Muphy, S. A Lovelace and L. W. Taylor.
