Laura Elizabeth Greer Hutchison, age 69, of Fountain Run, KY, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.
She was born in Clay County, TN on May 14, 1941 to the late Thomas B. Greer and Queenie Long Greer. She was a retired factory worker for Stitches and a member of the Church of Christ. She was united in marriage to Paul Hutchison on November 10, 1956 in Celina, TN.
She is survived by her husband: Paul Hutchison, Sr. of Fountain Run, KY, two sons and one daughter-in-law: Paul, Jr. & Deborah Hutchison of Tompkinsville, Michael Hutchison and special friend Della Brooks of Fountain Run, five brothers: Ricky and James Greer both of Munfordville, KY, Michael and Danny Greer both of Hardyville, KY, Johnny Greer of Donansburg, KY, three sisters: Shirley Chandler of Tompkinsville, Mary Joyce Sluder and Ethel Hill both of Indianapolis, IN.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 17 at 1:30 PM at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel in Gamaliel with burial to follow in the Neal Cemetery in Monroe County.
