Son of James T. Ramsey and Margaret Edwards and was born in Posey Co, IND on 24 May 1866. He was first married to Martha Elvira Ramsey on 10 Sep 1887 in Mt. Vernon, IND. They lived on a farm near Albert's mother Margaret and Martha Elvira Ramsey died shortly after the birth of their daughter, Ora. He then married to Lula Florida? and they also had a daughter. He died before this child was born and then their child died at a very young age. They are both buried at the Old Cottonwood Cemetery on the same plot as his brother, James Isom, is buried.
