Widow of Duncan Logan with whom she was laid to rest.They lost a son, John in infancy,one son to WWI and a nephew to WWII.Their son was Private Donald Logan of the 8th Bn.Seaforth Highlanders;Service No: 235404. He fell in action aged 32 on 28th July 1918. He left a widow, Ann McDuffie Logan, of Bowmore, Islay.He was interred in BUZANCY MILITARY CEMETERY-Grave Reference: I. F. 2.
Their nephew was Pilot Officer Colin Logan Royal Air Force 222 Sqdn. Service No: 44178. He was 29 and was killed at Norwich, Norfolk, England on 27th March 1941. He was the son of James and Mary Logan; husband of Winifred Florence Logan, of Bedhampton, Hampshire. He was buried at BROOKWOOD MILITARY CEMETERY-Grave Reference: 25. A. 19.
Both are remembered on the family grave at Bowmore.
