Ann was the daughter of Walter Moore and his second wife, Ann (Herbert) Moore.

Ann married Samuel Price, Sr., (28 Feb 1739 - 16 Apr 1825) in 1760. Samuel's older brother, Mordecai Price, married Ann's older sister, Rachel.

Ann was a Quaker preacher like her mother. Ann and Samuel are the ancestors of President Richard Milhous Nixon (1913-1994).
