Burley David Lockhart, 64, of Route 2, Belleville, died Thursday night at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Palestine, a son of the late General and Corda Lockhart. He was a retired railroad car inspector for the B & O Railroad Co.
He is survived by four sons, Gregory and Jeffrey, both of Parkersburg, Burley Jr. of Hagerstown, Md., and George Lockhart of Silver Springs, Md.; four daughters, Evelyn Geemer and Karen Bragg, both of Route 1, Walker, Rise Kiser of Parkersburg, and Kathryn Conner of Edgewater, Md., two stepdaughters, Joyce Tennant of Washington, and Linda Coen of Parkersburg; a brother, Theodore Lockhart of Mineral Wells; and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
Services will be conducted Monday, 2 p.m., at the Ogdin Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call today after 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
