Corey L. Henderson, age 25 of Ithaca, died Sunday morning from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Corey was born in Ithaca, the son of Rickey Singer and Joyce A. Henderson. Corey will always be remembered for his sense of humor and his ability to make people laugh. He loved spending time with his family and singing. In addition to his parents, Rickey Singer and Joyce A. Henderson, survivors include his four children, Jaidyn Henderson, Kamden Miller, Amare Henderson, and Jacorey Henderson; two brothers, Isaac Butler and Donavan Davis; two sisters, Jasmine Henderson and Cheyenne Mosher; maternal grandmother, Mamie Ruth Henderson; eleven uncles, Kenny Grace, James, Robert, and Clauda Payne, Charles, Marvin, Tony, Jamey, Willie, Kyle, Henderson, and Shane Myers; one aunt, Janice Henderson; a host of cousins. Friends and family may call Monday January 17, 2011 from 10 a.m. until time of 12 Noon Funeral Service at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the spring in Frear Memorial Park.
