Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie M. Burger, 69, who died at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at the home of a son, Robert G. Burger of 1330 Wabash Avenue following an illness of several months, will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at Klaehn & Sons' Funeral Home, Rev. Clifford Hollifield officiating.
Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery. Friends may view the body at the funeral home after noon today.
Mrs. Burger resided at Laredo and Packard Avenues. Her husband, the late Ira G. Burger, was killed in a Pennsylvania train wreck at Swinney Park in 1911. She attended Fort Wayne Gospel Temple.
Survivors include three sons, James G., Edgar I. and Robert G Burger of this city; a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Siebold of this city; a brother, John Lewis of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Lee of this city and Mrs. Harry Ingersoll of Chicago, and three grandchildren.
