Mary Lou Heinze, 81, of Tuscola, died from a long term illness, Sunday, January 2nd, at a private nursing home in Merkel. Services will be held 2:00p.m. Saturday January 8, 2011 at Wylie Baptist Church with Lee Fuller officiating, directed by Fry ~ Bartlett Funeral Home. A visitation is scheduled before the service at 1:00 p.m. in the church.
Mary Lou was born to John Carlton and Idella (Scott) Daniels on November 11, 1929 in Bell County. Growing up in West Texas and then graduated from high school in Houston where she met her future husband Don Heinze. They married May 2nd. 1948, and have celebrated 62 years of marriage.
Mary Lou was a mother and home maker for her family, actively involved in her children and family lifes, she started the PTO at the Wylie School District, and help start several women's Bible studies, Christen woman's clubs. She enjoyed reading and always wore a smile were ever she went. She is best remembered by her family for and had snacks ready after school and the love she had for her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Don Heinze, Daughter Ronda Heinze of Tuscola, Son Donny Heinze and wife Janice of Abilene, Son, Harold Heinze and wife Donna of Spring Field AR.
Preceded in death by her Parents, John Carlton, Idella Scott, brothers, Bruce Daniel, and Mark Daniel, Sister Clarice Barker.
