Nicholas A. Fazio, 79, of Yonkers, N.Y., who retired from the U.S. Navy, died Monday in St. Francis Hospital. He was also a fire captain with the New York City Fire Department. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., he is survived by wife Rosemary A., daughters Leela Fazio-Fiorino and Rosemary T. Fazio-Randell, sons Dr. John R. and Daniel N., and two grandchildren. Graveside services: 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers. Contributions suggested to St. Francis Medical Center Liliha Street.
