Eva was united in marriage to Carl Widger on November 28, 1917 and they moved to the farm where she resided until her death.
She was baptized in the Frenchman River near Enders, NE when she was a young girl.
Eva was a member of Rebekah Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed her cattle, grandkids, flowers and yard work.
Eva is survived by four sons and their families - Orville and Ila, Marlin and Janice, Glen, Dean and Diann; 13 grandchildren, two step grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Carl who died June 25, 1969; one son Harold; two brothers, three sisters and one grandchild.
Pallbearers were grandsons; Ward, Mark, Dan, Don, Doug, Sam and Jim Bob with Larry and Lonnie as honorary pallbearers.
Interment was at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, NE with committal services by the Rebekah Lodge.
