Louisa Mae Alinard, 86, 87 Hopson Street, Lunenburg, died Saturday, November 21, 1998, in Fishermen's Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg. Born in Little Tancook Island, she was a daughter of the late William and Katie (Baker) Levy. She was an adherent of Faith Baptist Church, Lunenburg. Surviving are a son, Cecil and his wife Avis, Lunenburg; sisters, Melitha Levy, Harbour View Home for Special Care, Lunenburg; Mabel (Mrs. Dean Cross), Tancook Island; Ruby (Mrs. Ray Tanner), and Mae Reid, both of Lunenburg; brother, Jessen, Little Tancook Island; grandchildren, Gary, Bryan, and Kendall; great-grandchildren, Blaine, Adam, and Justin. She was predeceased by her husband, Reginald; and close friend, Densel Cross; brothers, Raymond, Russell, Benjamin, and Reginald; sisters, Dorothy and Hilda. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. today in Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg, from where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m., Rev. Steven Hiltz officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg. Flowers from the immediate family only. Donations may be made to any charity.
