Funeral services for Mrs. T. J. Clooney, 87, of 112 Grove St., will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 17 (1972), from the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery under the direction of Hammer Funeral
Home.
A Rosary was to be recited at 7 p.m. today, June 16, at the Hammer Funeral
Home.
Mrs. Clooney died Thursday in a Lake Charles hospital.
She was the widow of Thomas J. Clooney, an early Lake Charles settler. She was a member of the Enterprise Club, Lake Charles Garden Club, Immaculate Conception Church and the Altar Society of the church.
She had lived in Lake Charles for 65 years.
Survivors are two sons, Clyde and Harold Clooney, both of Lake Charles; a
daughter, Mrs. Delia Clooney Hennessey of Lake Charles, and two sisters, Mrs. Emma F. Flannagan of Houston, Tex., and Mrs. Anna F. Perkins of Flint, Mich.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
