Mrs. Gloria Virginia Long Cunningham, age 86, passed away Friday, December 14, 2018 at her home in Atmore, Alabama.

Mrs. Cunningham was a native and life long resident of Atmore, AL. She retired from Vanity Fair with 33 years of service, was an avid sewer, loved babies and pictures for babies. She was of the Holiness Faith. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Bernard Cunningham, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chris C. Long and two brothers, J.D. Long and Charles Mabry Long.

She is survived by one son, Larry Bruce Cunningham; three daughters, Debra Smith of Atmore, AL, Sherry Lambert of Atmore, AL and Rita (Rick) Combs of Perdido, AL; one brother, Tommy C. Long of Crystal Springs, MS; six grandchildren, Julie Howell, Jamie Howell, Tyson Lambert, Blake Cunningham, Norman “Bobo” Lambert, Jr. and Dillon Smith and 10 great grandchildren, Braleigh, Raelyn, Adrienne, Treagan, Kaydence, Blakelynn, Marlee, Caleb, Cody and Clark.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Joe White officiating.

Burial will follow at the Serenity Garden Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Howell, Trent Flowers, Corey Flowers, Bill Walker, Cameron Murphy and Adam Barnhill.
