∼Charles Albert (Cal) Pauley,89 of Big Chimney died early this morning in a Charleston Hospital of injuries received in auto accident Monday evening at Big Chimney. He is retired employee of the Acme Oil and Gas Co.now out of existence.Survivors 4 daughters;Mrs Bessie Thomas and Mrs Belva Miller of Charleston,Mrs Delcie Good of Big Chimney,Mrs Virginia Orrick of Sacramento Calif; and 5 sons,John W,Albert E and Walker F of Big Chimney,Holbert G of Clendenin and Frank M of Charleston:two brothers L.V. and Mark of Elkview; two sisters Mrs Ethel Byrd of Clendenin and Mrs J.A.Siders of Elkview: 35 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. The body is at Albert Myers and Son Funeral Home in Elkview.All his friends and family knew him as Cal Pauley. He was married three times and out lived all three wives.
