---The remains of Mrs. S.S. Lacey were laid in Oakridge cemetery Monday afternoon, the services at the grave being conducted by Rev. J.E. Walton. Mrs. Lacey was one of the county's pioneers and the widow of Hon. S.S. Lacey, who was postmaster of Marshall and state land commissioner many years ago. She died in Chicago where she has recently resided. The funeral party consisted of Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Churchill, Miss Lacey and Mr. E.S. Lacey, and was met at the station by a number of Marshall friends.
