Mrs. Doris Ann Rogers, age 40, of 199 Cleveland Street, Amherst, Ohio, died of injuries received on December 26, 1966, when her car struck a utility pole on Leavitt Road, Lorain, Ohio. She had lived in Amherst, Ohio, for seven years, coming from Lorain, Ohio, where she had lived for 33 years.

Mrs. Rogers was a graduate of the practical nursing course at Saint Joseph Hospital, Lorain, Ohio. [This hospital is now shuttered.]

Mrs. Rogers was employed as a saleswoman for Lawson Dairy Company [operators of a chain of popular convenience food stores scattered throughout the area]. She was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church.

Calling hours and funeral services were held at the Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home, Lorain, Ohio. The Reverend F. W. Loose officiated. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain, Ohio.
