Appeal-Democrat, Marysville, CA, Friday, Jun 25, 1943, pg 3: "Native of Dobbins Summoned at 77 --- Mrs. Mary Louise Camper, who died at her home in Marysville yesterday, had resided here the past three years, after spending 34 years as a resident of Hammonton. She was a native of Dobbins, aged 77 years. Her home was at 1229 Divver street, in a new residential district of the city.
"Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Lipp & Sullivan Monday at 1 p.m., and the body will be taken to Chico for interment in the family plot.
"Mrs. Camper was the mother of Ralph W. Camper of Willows, Clyde C. Camper of Marysville, Jos. L. Camper of Hammonton, Mrs. Roy Rankin of Paradise, Mrs. Walter Norton of Compton and Mrs. William Simmons of Marysville. She was a sister of Charles Merriam of District Ten and J.
