Albert H. Souders, 82, 333 Walnut Street, Lemoyne, former Pottsville resident, died at his home Wednesday evening, after a brief illness.

A resident of Pottsville until six years ago, he was a former member of the South Centre Street Evangelical Church. He was retired Penna. Railroad telegrapher with 50 years of service, a member of Grace Evangelical United Brethren Church, Lemoyne, and the I. O. O. F. Goldsboro.

Surviving are his wife, Annie E., at home, two daughters, Miss Leah Prowell Souders, at home; Mrs. Charlotte Bear, Lemoyne; one son, Robert Prowell Souders, Pottsville, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services Saturday afternoon from the Musselman Funeral Home 324 Hummel Ave., Lemoyne, with Rev. H. A. Houseal, of Grace Evangelical United Brethren Church officiating and interment in the Rolling Green Cemetery.

Goldsboro --- Albert H. Souders, a former resident of this place, died Wednesday evening at his home, 333 Walnut Street, Lemoyne. He was 82 years old.

Mr. Souders, who had retired as a telegraph operator of the Pennsylvania Railroad after 50 years service, was a member of the local IOOF Lodge. Surviving are: his wife, Mrs. Annie E. Souders; two daughters, Leah Prowell Souders, at home, and Mrs. Charlotte Bear, Lemoyne; one son, Robert Prowell Souders, Pottsville, and two grandchildren. He was a member of Grace EUB Church, Lemoyne.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Musselman Funeral Home, 324 Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne. Rev. H. A. Houseal, pastor of Grace EUB Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Rolling Green Cemetery.
