Mes Patience Walker died at 3:20 Saturday afternoon at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs Roy Smith, 1307 Myra St.

Sge was 85 years old March 8, and is survived by one son, Silas; two daughters, Mrs Nora Wilson of Moberly and Mrs Fannie Walden of Kansas City; two brothers, Ed and Daniel Rupp (Roup) of near Moberly; and two sisters, Mrs Maggie Fristoe of Moberly and Mrs Elizabeth Davis of Texas. She was a member of the Sweet Springs Baptist Church and had been a resident of Moberly and vicinity her entire life.

Burial in Hagar cemetery.
