Dolly Grey Lewis Smith, age 86, of Springville, died Wednesday, March 3, 1993 at the Crestview Convalescent Center in Provo. She was born May 1, 1906 in Robison, Greene County, Indiana, to Amos Archillis and Bertha Ann Shaffer Lewis. She married Sydney Thomas Smith August 27, 1923. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died February 26, 1977. She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Leon (Eva Jane) Smith Bjarnson; and Dolores Smith Bahr, both of Springville; seven grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren. Burial was March 8, 1993.
