Word has been received here of the death yesterday mroning of Mrs Arthur ER (Helen Peters) Boak, formerly of Fort Wayne at Tucson, Ariz. Among the survivors is a sister, Mrs Neil McKay of Fort Wayne. Funeral services will be in Tucson, with memorial services to be announced later in Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne Journal Gazette - March 10, 1967
