On November 1st 1835, Priscilla married Dr. Edwin Warren Moïse, son of Hyam and Cecilia Francis [Woolf] Moïse, in Charleston. They soon moved to Woodville, Mississippi; where Edward set-up his practice. A daughter, Cecilia Woodville, was born in 1836, followed be twins, Sallie Lopez and Theodore Lopez on August 24th 1839. Sadly, Theodore died shortly after birth.
Four days later on August 28th 1839, Priscilla Lopez Moïse departed this life due to complications following the birth of her twins. Priscilla left a loving husband and two young daughters. She was just 31 years and 10 months. She was laid to rest near her parents in Old Hebrew cemetery, known locally as Coming Street cemetery, in Charleston.
