ROBERT M. MORRIS
Robert M. Morris, who lived on the corner of Oakland avenue and Tenth street, died from a stroke of apoplexy Monday night,
in his 67th year. The deceased was well known in Indiana, being a prominent member of the Grand Army and Odd Fellows. He
came to Pine Flats, this county, from Utica, New York, when seven years of age. For several years he lived in Center township,and for the past few years he conducted a grocery store at his home. He is survived by his wife and six children, viz; William, of Pine Flats; John, of West Virginia; Harry, of Carrolltown; Guy, at home; Mrs. B. P. Ruffner, of Apollo; and Mrs. J. D. Hill, of the Third Ward; and two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Gordon, Pittsburg and Mrs. Jane Sims, Chicago. Funeral services will be held Thursday at the late home of the deceased. Interment at Oakland.
