Betha Helena McCarrel Allen, 78, of Payson, Utah, died March 27, 1991, at a Payson hospital.
She was born November 24, 1912, at Rainbow Mine, Utah, to Joseph F. and Harriet A. Richins McCarrel. She married Thomas Allen, Jr. on May 27, 1932, in Grand Junction, Colorado. He died December 22, 1965.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and lived in Salt Lake City, Vernal, and Payson, Utah.
She is survived by 1 daughter of Payson, Utah; 3 grandchildren of Payson, Utah; and Price, Utah; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters: Armida Kikel, Bountiful, Utah; and Hazel Morse, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Graveside services were held on Friday, Mary 29, 1991, at Elysian Gardens, Salt Lake City, Utah, under the direction of Holladay Hills Funeral Home, Santaquin.
