Charles Clinton Allen, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, at age 72, died December 18, 1984 at a local hospital after a long illness.

Born February 2, 1912 in Goshen, Utah to Frederick Charles and Mary Augusta Jasperson Allen. Married Henrietta Coombs, August 3, 1937, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. Degree in mathematics and physics. Reetired school teacher and electrical contractor. Active in the LDS Church, served two stake missions, temple worker. Was Senior President of the 366th Quorum of Seventy for many years and was a High Priest in the Grant Eighth Ward.

Survived by wife, Salt Lake; sons, of Brigham City, Mark Frederick Allen, Layton; daughter, of Salt Lake; six grandchildren, sister, Irma Allen Penrod, Goshen.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 12 noon at the Grant 8th Ward Chapel, 3400 South 1100 East, where friends may call Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Elysian Burial Gardens. Directors, Larkin Mortuary.
