"Frank Wannager as purchased from Mrs Phares the old John Pillman property opposite Busse's store including the livery barn, now occupied by Charles Weaver. He expects to use the house as a residence and the livery barn as a stable for his draft teams. Charley Weaver has moved to Chesterton and has bought out the Williams & Son livery."
