Sidney - Mr. and Mrs. Stanley J. Angell of 4 James Street, Sidney, were honored at a reception held in the Masonic Temple in Sidney on Sunday, August 24th, observing their fiftieth year of marriage. Life long residents of the area, they were graduated from the local high school in 1913, and were married in Mt. Upton, N.Y, on October 22, 1919, in a double wedding ceremony with Mr. Angell's sister, Bertha, who became Mrs. Louis Peck. With their parents at the reception were their son, Olin S. and family of St. Cloud, Minnesota, and their daughter, Mrs. Harold Selander(Sarah Jane)with her family of Giffith, Indiana, a group including nine grandchildren. Present too, were elatives and guests from Bainbridge, Binghamton, Corning, Elmira, Lynbrook, Mt. Upton, New Woodstock, Norwich, Poughkeepsie, Treadwell, Unadilla, Vestal, Walton, Webster, West Winfield, Hartford, Conn.; Pine Brook, New Jersey; Daytona Beach, Largo and Maltland, Florida.
