Military funeral services will be conducted for Victor De Garmo, 19, of Chico, who committed suicide Sunday at San Diego while serving in the United States navy, it was announced Tuesday by the Westfall Funeral Home.

The rites will take place at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Westfall Funeral Home, with the Rev. Fr. James B. Dermody officiating. The full military rites will take place at the graveside in the Chico Cemetery, with members of Company G, National Guards, taking part.
