She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Romans of Marion; one son, Robert Mayne Romans; one sister, Ethel Pennington of Chilhowie; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Marion Baptist Church, the Rev. James G. Pickens officiating. Entombment followed at Rose Lawn Cemetery.
