Jamie J. Golden, 38, of Middletown, passed away after a long battle with lung cancer on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at home.
Jamie was born on December 12, 1967, in Harrisburg, PA. She was the daughter of Carlotta Keeley-Foltz of Middletown.
Jamie was a fun loving mother who always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed spending time with her children, playing games, doing arts and crafts, shopping and having a good time with family, friends and co-workers. Jamie also worked as the Service Supervisor for Avis in Middletown.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her sisters, Diane Flores of Georgia, Lisa Oxendine of North Carolina, Bonnie Keeley of Easton; a brother, Fred Keeley of Middletown; 2 sons, Joseph Kautz of Harrisburg, and Jason Hess of Elizabethtown; 5 daughters, Ashley and Alecia Hess of Elizabethtown, Courtney and Lindsey Bastardi of Middletown, and Tiffany Golden of Middletown; 10 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are being handled by Hetrick Cremation Services of Central Pennsylvania, 3125 Walnut Street, Susquehanna Township.
