EARL P DODSON
Earl P Dodson, 81, of Fayette died at 5:30 am Thursday (January 19,
1984) at Ellis Fischel Cancer Hospital in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm today at the Ralph A Carr Funeral
Chapel with the Rev David Hartgrove officiating. Burial will be in
Fayette City Cemetery.
Visitation at the funeral home was from 6 to 8:30 last night.
Earl P Dodson was born September 7, 1902, in Howard County, a son
of Charles C and Anna Lee Morton Dodson. He was married January
16, 1975, to Faye Ella Craycraft. Mr Dodson was a retired farmer and
painter. He was a member of the Fayette Assembly of God Church.
In addition to his widow, survivors include two sons, Earl Edward Dodson
of Kansas City, KS and James Lee Dodson of Kansas City; one daughter,
Mrs Helen P Richey of Leeton; two brothers, Charles Oliver Dodson of
Anaheim, CA, and Robert L Dodson of Fayette; six grandchildren; and
eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister.
