Valera M. Armstrong, died at Bloomington Hospital on Tuesday.
Born in Scott County, she was the daughter of Robert William and Laura (Mitchell) Blunt. She married Lowry Humphrey and he preceded her in death. She married Rush Armstrong, November 11, 1944 and he died July 20, 1983.
Surviving are two sons; Dale Humphrey and Ronald L. Humphrey; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, three sisters, and one son, Phil Armstrong.
Burial will be in Lowder Cemetery.
