NORFOLK – Mrs. Alice Saunders Gerloff, 65, of 8251 Briar Wood Circle, Forest Park, collateral descendant of Lord Cornwallis, died Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. in a hospital.
A native of Scotland and resident of Norfolk for 38 years, she was the wife of Sylvester Gerloff and a daughter of Thomas Thurlow and Mrs. Ann Sanders Saunders.
She was active in Little Theater work.
Besides her husband, surviving are a daughter, Miss Elizabeth Cornwallis Thro, and a granddaughter, Anne C. Thro, both of Pomona, Calif.
The body was taken to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.
