Ethel Webber Flowers, 94, of Lynchburg, died Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at Virginia Baptist Hospital. She was the wife of the late Otis Thomas Flowers. Mrs. Flowers was born in Lynchburg on July 22, 1910, the daughter of the late Tinsley G. and Lou Bertha Gallagher Webber and was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. Mrs. Flowers is survived by her daughters, Thelma Baber and Coreth Wilkerson; her sons, Charles G. and Harry T. Flowers, all of Lynchburg; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Tharp Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2005, at Tharp Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Carlton Duck, burial will follow in Presbyterian Cemetery.
