Paul Evans Dies
At His Home; was
Ill Two months

Funeral services were held Jan 1, from the St. Stephens Methodist church for Paul Felton Evans, age 30. Rev. E. L. Ruark officiated and the Williams & Smith Funeral Home had charge of arrangements. Interment followed at Rest Haven.

Mr. Evans, a native of Walton County, died at his home, December 30 following a two months’ illness. He was a veteran of the Last war and until a short while ago had been a patient at a veterans hospital in Atlanta.

Survivors include his parents Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Evans, of Monroe, his wife the former Miss Inez Fuller (should be Fulcher); four children, Gary, Jean, Gail, and Jean Evans, all of Monroe.

Surviving brothers are Lawrence Evans, Opelika, Ala; Warren Evans, Between, Elroy Evans, Greensboro, N. C.; Larry Evans, of the U.S. Navy. Surviving sisters are Mrs. Arthur Driskell, Monroe, and Mrs. Floyd Cason, Greenwood, S. C.
