Oscar V. Wasserbeck, 72, Britton, died early Saturday morning.
He was born Feb 22, 1895, in Marion, Ohio and came to Chickasha in 1906. He was a retired employee of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Sherman Funeral Home, Britton. Graveside rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Fairlawn Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Mattie Wasserbeck of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Tommany of Covina, Calif., and Mrs. Shirley Ellis of Oklahoma City; one son, Jimmy of Van Nuys, Calif.; one brother, Homer of Oklahoma City; and two sisters, Miss Abbie Wasserbeck and Mrs. Edythe Caywood of Chickasha.
